The Director of Service Role:
This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5 week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.

As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:
Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possibleEngage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.Play and have FUN with primary school aged childrenCo-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
The successful candidate You thrive in a fast paced environment and you love kids, in fact you're still a big kid at heartExcellent written and verbal communicationConfident interpersonal skills, no matter if you're talking with a preppie, their parent, one of your team or the school PrincipalStrong problem-solving skills and can-do attitudeYou're a natural leader with an eye for detailHave a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged childrenYou're energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN!Desirable: Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification This includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work….and more.
