Outreach Leader

As an Outreach Leader, you will have the opportunity to manage the delivery of outreach shifts to ensure they operate as scheduled in all GC locations.
This is a remote role where you will motivate and lead outreach shift teams.The RoleYou will collaborate with the National Volunteer Manager and be responsible for coaching and motivating the volunteers, including Team Leaders, General Volunteers, Safety/Compliance Facilitation, and the Outreach Administration Support Assistant.You will provide support and social, digital, community, and employment connections to those who may be or who are at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence, and homelessness.
