About your opportunity:
In this position you will shape corporate governance in CHHHS outpatient services and provide management, coordination and review of outpatient business processes, systems/applications and procedures.
Provide human and material management, expertise in health care team environment communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver quality, effective and efficient outpatient administration services.
About your role:
Provide expert consultancy advice for outpatient administration processes across the entire health service including detailed knowledge and experience of SOSIS guidelines.
Provide strategic leadership, management and direction to the CHHHS Outpatient Administration Services Unit.
Lead, identify and achieve operational and strategic reform, innovation and redesign activities for outpatient services, in collaboration with clinical leads and stakeholders, in line with CHHHS objectives and state-wide specialist outpatient service initiatives.
Manage outpatient responsibilities associated with the use of enterprise and non-enterprise business information systems, including auditing system use and compliance, monitoring and improving data quality.
Pro-actively communicate all relevant information to service directorates, line managers and other key stakeholders as required including provision of reports and analysis.
Oversee the implementation, monitoring and analysing of activity information and report outcomes against performance objectives, benchmarks and business plans.
This includes the development and submission of reports and the provision of recommendations when performance variations occur in areas such as financial and clinical activity, key performance indicators, quality activities and health outcomes.
Work closely with Directorates across the Hospital and Health Service to provide activity data and advice on funding models to support funding submissions for new initiatives with business cases, briefs and other correspondence as part of service management.
