The Position Title: Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Clinics Classification: Nurses and Midwifes (Victorian Public Sector) EA 2020-2024  Hours per fortnight:  16 Status:  Permanent Part-Time Fantastic opportunity to join our diverse and dynamic Outpatients team Supported team environment Applications are sought from suitably qualified Nurse/Midwife to work in the Outpatient Clinics at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing care Conduct patient assessment and plan care relevant to disease and treatment Liaising witht the Outpatient clinics multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures ensuring compliance with the Stateside referral criteria and the Non-Admitted specialist services in Victorian Public Health Services Policy Our team requires someone who has:
Previous experience working in outpatinent/ community based nursing Advanced clinical assessment skills Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skill This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
