Occupation: Administration/Secretarial, Health and Allied Health, Medical and Nursing, Medical, Nursing, Aged Care Reference: 11374 The PositionTitle: Clinical Nurse - Outpatient ClinicsClassification: Nurses and Midwifes (Victorian Public Sector) EA 2020-2024 Hours per fortnight: 16Status: Permanent Part-TimeFantastic opportunity to join our diverse and dynamic Outpatients teamSupported team environmentApplications are sought from suitably qualified Nurse/Midwife to work in the Outpatient Clinics at Echuca Regional Health.Key responsibilities include:Provide safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing careConduct patient assessment and plan care relevant to disease and treatmentLiaising witht the Outpatient clinics multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures ensuring compliance with the Stateside referral criteria and the Non-Admitted specialist services in Victorian Public Health Services PolicyOur team requires someone who has:Previous experience working in outpatinent/ community based nursingAdvanced clinical assessment skillsDemonstrated problem solving and decision making skillThis position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.
