Job Description As the Outlets Manager at Sofitel Brisbane Central you will organise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, in room dining and mini bar.
You will be passionate about good food and fine beverages, and lead a large team of food and beverage professionals to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the Outlets Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the food and beverage outlets, including the revenue, cost controls, team performance, quality and guest service experiences.
What you will be doing: Deliver luxury a la carte service to guests, greeting and seating and taking ordersEnsure the food and beverage outlets are operating efficiently and profitablyPerform stocktake and purchasing for the outletsFollow the hotel's food safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring all areas are clean and tidyCreate connections with guests to ensure their expectations are exceededAssist to recruit, train and supervise food and beverage team membersMaximise outlet revenue by implementing agreed strategies, practices and promotionsLiaise with the Conference and Events Sales team to plan and organise special functions in the restaurant and bar.Qualifications A luxury service focus, distinguished presence and elevated emotional intelligenceA passion for everything food and beverageTertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent food and beverage managerial experienceStrong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsAbility to multi-task and problem solve within a fast paced environmentExperience in leading others and building a strong team cultureA record of high performance and achievement.Additional Information Bring your passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities.
