Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness (or equivalent)Current First Aid & CPRAppropriate Current Insurance coverDrivers license and a vehicle to transport equipmentWorking with Children CheckABOUT THE ROLEWe're currently expanding and looking for fitness instructors for our outdoor group sessions for all our existing locations, and new locations nearby.
Currently we're looking around: Maroubra, Rushcutters Bay, Glebe & Balmoral.
A FEAT Trainer's responsibilities include:
Training a group of 15-30+ FEAT members outdoors in the park.Communicating with 20-50 members to keep them accountable for their own training.Transporting equipment to & from your sessions and setting up in the park.Recruit new clients for your groupBecome involved & assist your Trainer Manager with paid local marketing activities.Weekly professional development sessions with the broader FEAT Fitness training team at our head office in Stanmore – we will invest in you so you can consistently grow and achieve your career aspirations.We are a young and growing business, as a casual, you'll be paid:

Working at FEAT FitnessAt FEAT Fitness, we're all about the outdoors. By joining the FEAT team, you get to enjoy your mornings outside in the fresh air with the amazing sunrises doing what you love. You also get the opportunity to work with an amazing team of trainers from a variety of different backgrounds.
We believe in the health, wellbeing and continual development of our trainers. We don't schedule trainers on that start at 6am to then have to work again at 6pm. We bring in experts to run education courses throughout the year, these vary from pre and post natal training, mental health first aid and equipment specific courses, we ask the trainers what they want to learn and work from there.
We also love to spend our Fridays together, after our morning sessions, we all get into the office together to get through the last bit of admin for the week, and then go do a training session with each other in a park (or sometimes just enjoy a lunch together).
