About the RoleWorking in our Lead Generation Team as a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and the voice of our company.
You will bring your enthusiasm and energy for outbound sales to this business-critical role, making 50+ daily outbound calls to our database of customers and campaign sources, establishing relationships with customers and using effective sales techniques to establish new enquiries for our national team of Asset Brokers.
Additional responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls (50 per day average) to a database of customers to establish new finance enquiries for our Asset BrokersBuilding strong relationships with customers and our team of Asset Brokers to nurture the customer journeyDetailed, compliant and timely handover of customer information to our internal asset brokersUtilising CRM for customer tracking, as well as detailed tracking of activity via Excel and other data pointsKPI driven mindset; meeting sales, call volume, enquiry generated, CSAT and other KPI metricsTo be successful in the role, you will have: Exceptional phone communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers through cold outbound callsSales mindset – Be driven to achieve individual, team and company objectives and targets and be rewarded with monthly bonusesKPI mindset – we are a finance sales business, and work towards many different KPIs with the ultimate focus on customer experience and salesStrong computer literacy with the ability to multitask across various systems whilst communicating with customersFinance, asset or automotive sales experience desirable but not essential – bring your willingness to learn!Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.We are looking for a driven outbound sales superstar that is looking for the opportunity to join an established and successful business in asset finance.
