You will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners and creating a great opportunity for the business development team to sign up new clients.

What will you be doing?
High volume of outbound calls to prospect and existing clients Delivering on promise through timely contact with prospects /clients on call backs and follow up tasks Maximise conversations by implementing training and conversation quality guidelines measured through call duration and quality Convert prospect clients to booked appointments for BDM's
The ideal candidate:
You'll ideally have some experience in sales whether that's face to face or over the phone sales - experience isn't essential Be a confident communicator, to get your personality across over the phone, this role is all about building relationships. Be ambitious and be driven by your own success. Have the resilience and confidence to learn more and more each day. You'll have the ability to work successfully in a target-based environment. You'll be driven by great earning potential and career progression.
