How you will make contributions that matter Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Logistics Planner in a 12-month fixed term contract .
You will be the key touchpoint for transport on the afternoon shift .
You will manage the flow of trucks from manufacturing and outbound to end customers across Australia, ensuring efficient scheduling, improved warehouse flow, and effective carrier management.
Ensure compliance with heavy vehicle legislative requirements and corporate policies.
Maximize vehicle utilization and manage carrier performance.
Act as a liaison between manufacturing, warehouse, and transport companies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.
Handle issue resolution, reporting, and freight settlement.
About you Strong attention to detail and proficiency in SAP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Supply chain experience, preferably in logistics.
Shows initiative, is a team player, and takes ownership and accountability.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a team.
Proven track record in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
