Your new role
This is a very important role in the Collections team where you will be a key internal contact point in order to build relationships with customers, whilst working through collections accounts. This is a full time, 6 month contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position if you are the right fit for the role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing high quality service
Successfully providing quality resolution of disputed accounts
Negotiating with clients throughout all stages of collections process in align with company policies
Managing internal escalations for client and broker queries or complaints
Ensuring that customer requests are actioned efficiently and effectively
Communicating clearly and with respect to all customers
Your skills and experienceCustomer service experience various industries - finance, call centre, retail, hospitality, aviation, finance, insurance etc
You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
You thrive in busy, fast paced environments
You have an investigative mindset

Hours:
38 hours per week
Monday to Friday - no weekend work!
8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour lunch break
