As an outbound customer acquisition consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales via inbound and outbound calls and guiding customers through their journey to secure long-term relationships in line with client and company requirements to meet KPI and sales targets.
Key Task and Responsibilities Achieving sales targets Build long term business relationships with clients Account manage, retain and increase key accounts Understand customer needs and investigate solutions Make recommendations through quotes Onboard new customers and set up accounts The ideal candidate: Experience in trade sales/ customer service Positive, high energy with a can do attitude to learn and take on feedback Ability to build rapport and effective relationships within the business and customers Drive to exceed expectations and celebrating wins Good computer skills - Microsoft office suites and CRM Professional and personable verbal and written communication Ability to be flexible, resourceful and solution focused.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous experience in sales, outbound call centre experience will be highly regarded.
