What does the job look like? Linfox is partnered with Australia's leading Resources and Industrial companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country. Our Marsden Park site is seeking an Outbound Coordinator to plan and manage inbound and outbound transport activities.
This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient operation, delivering exceptional customer service and sub-contractor management to ensure appropriate resources are available and utilized to meet demand. Key areas:
Proactive management of customer relationship – booking orders through TMSConsolidate orders into load plans and coordinate resources with subcontractorsPlan efficient timeslots for local, intra and interstate deliveriesAdherence and audit all regulatory and Chain of Responsibility requirementsPreparation of various reporting a KPI informationAre you the one? The Outbound Coordinator is the key customer contact responsible for meeting the service expectations of our customer, and an exciting opportunity for development. You can demonstrate:
Experience in a similar role within a transport operations or customer service environmentAn understanding of heavy vehicle safety and complianceExposure to TMS or similar data entry software with a highly developed attention to detailStrong work ethic with a passion for industry and commitment to continuous improvementExperience using Excel and SAP will be highly regardedAbility to adapt to changing demands and pressuresAt Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
