About your role
As an Outbound Consultant at Cbus, you'll be responsible for proactively contacting Cbus members, identifying, and explaining the value of advice and referring members with personal advice needs to the appropriate financial advice service. This is a consultative and informative role conducted in a telephone-based capacity, ensuring a high-quality member experience.
If you enjoy variety in your day, this role is for you. The Outbound Consultant role will see you speak with our members for a range of superannuation advice matters identifying and explaining the value of advice in easy-to-understand terms. Through a quality general advice conversation, you'll be able to determine our members needs and book a personal advice appointment, where appropriate.
What we are looking for This role would suit a customer service professional who has a warm and confident phone manner, and experience with outbound calls where a product or service was offered.Experience in a Financial Planning (General or Personal) setting would be an advantage, however a RG146 qualification is essential.You'll have reasonable knowledge across a broad range of financial planning subject matters, and you have some understanding of the regulatory requirements associated with the provision of financial advice.You'll have an enthusiasm for the financial advice space with either study and/or work experience attesting to this.Belong at Cbus
