Outbound Call Specialist - P&C Agent

We don't believe there should be a difference between these two options, and we want to ensure that all pets can get the best care possible. We see pet insurance as one of the best ways to help.
ONLY 2.5% of pets in North America are insured and we are going to play our role in changing that! 
We are a savvy group of digital marketers and financial services professionals who have come together to launch a new, digital-first pet insurance agency across North America. We see that much of the population is not clear on the benefits of pet insurance and that we know that we would all be better off if more pets were insured. 
We believe that the world is better because of pets, and we're looking for the right person to join our rapidly growing team of pet-loving hustlers.
We are a remote company with team members located across Canada and America, and this is a remote position. You'll be working from your home or wherever else you can effectively operate from.

REQUIREMENTS: P&C Licensed
Experienced in a high volume, outbound sales environment
Available for a minimum of 4 hours per day, eight is even better 
Familiarity with CRMs
MUST love pets and be able to relate to people about pets
No familiarity with Pet Insurance is required, training will be provided 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to and develop leads by providing timely outreach through calls, email and SMS
Develop leads through identifying customer needs, issuing quotes and making product recommendations
Work with pipeline of warm leads to support as necessary and provide additional quotes
Pursue additional licensing in states where not yet licensed
