Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply JOB SUMMARY : Our Sales Development Representative is an outbound appointment setting specialist who schedules consultations between sales staff and prospective clients and ensures quality leads are built in the sales pipeline.
Initially a contract-based role, we will consider turning it into a full-time position based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Drive revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings with target accounts and key decision-makers.Conduct in-depth research to develop new and existing accounts through consistent outbound calling and strategic email outreach.Familiarize yourself with essential details of our services to articulate how we can support clients in achieving their revenue goals sustainably.Use effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.Build rapport and connect with each prospect using a consultative selling approach.Keep a detailed log of messages & conversations on CRM, including those which were not answered.Follow up with qualified contacts that did not book appointments. KEY QUALIFICATIONS : Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Outstanding listening skills.Attention to detail and conscientiousness.Persuasive and results-oriented.A positive attitude, professional and courteous disposition.Ability to communicate and persuade decision-makers at all organizational levels.Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.Experience and willingness to work in a team environment.Excellent organizational skills.ENJOY THESE BENEFITS : Base + Commission + Revenue Share.Up to 20 hours per week working; will be paid on an hourly basis.A library of internal resources and training.Outcome-focused environment.Hear what our employees say about working with us (link).
