Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply JOB SUMMARY : Our Sales Development Representative is an outbound appointment setting specialist who schedules consultations between sales staff and prospective clients and ensures quality leads are built in the sales pipeline. Initially a contract-based role, we will consider turning it into a full-time position based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Drive revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings with target accounts and key decision-makers.Conduct in-depth research to develop new and existing accounts through consistent outbound calling and strategic email outreach.Familiarize yourself with essential details of our services to articulate how we can support clients in achieving their revenue goals sustainably.Use effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.Build rapport and connect with each prospect using a consultative selling approach.Keep a detailed log of messages & conversations on CRM, including those which were not answered.Follow up with qualified contacts that did not book appointments.
