We're seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job—it's an adventure! To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of experience and passion, including:
Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams. Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls. Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
