Primary Location VIC - Morwell Job Description Summary Service Stream's Energy division is currently seeking an Outage Recruitment Administrator to join this growing company.
About the Role The Outage Recruitment Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of outage mobilisations.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The Outage Recruitment Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for the mobilisation of outage work.
Nature of position: Casual Location: Loy Yang, VIC Reporting Line: Project Manager Key Responsibilities Manage high volumes of workforce mobilisation within a team-based environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Be the first point of contact for candidates.
Answer all incoming calls from interested candidates Manage incoming enquiries through the shared inbox.
Supervise site inductions and data entry.
Ensuring onboarding and compliance documentation is recorded.
Other general administrative support as required.
About You You should have the following skills and experience: Strong administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail The ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines.
A strong client focus, and a genuine desire to assist team members.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams in HR and other departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Experience either in onboarding a blue-collar workforce or in a customer service role (preferred).
Experience in an outages/shutdown environment (desirable) Working Conditions The successful candidate will work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, leading into an outage.
During the outage, additional overtime hours work as per project requirements.
