Who are you? A senior technical operational tradesperson with several years' experience in either mechanical or electrical fields, who is looking to transition to renewables. With a proven track record in leading the planning and execution of heavy industrial outages, you bring a deep understanding of commercial and business considerations to support and justify outage business cases. You keep safety front of mind and can provide leadership in this space while promoting quality of work and time management, while connecting the team to being part of something BIG!

As an Outage Manager, you will be…
? Managing the planning and details of the outage, to define the schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
? Handling procurement and offsite manufacture and/or refurbishment of components of the plant.
? Accountability for the Outage finalisation process including the preparation of commissioning plans and documentation for submission.

You can choose from Tullah, Gordon, Liapootah, Trevallyn, or Gowrie Park, with the flexibility to discuss what arrangement works best for you.
Each location also includes a generous area allowance on top of your base salary (varied by location), making this an even more attractive opportunity. We offer flexible roster patterns tailored to the demands of each location, although these may adapt during outages to meet operational needs. Generous offer of overtime will also be available during outages. You'll also enjoy access to vehicles for seamless travel between our sites.
Attach your resume and a cover letter outlining what skills and experience you can bring to this role. We will be running an agile recruitment process and will engage with suitable candidates as soon we have reviewed their applications.
