Job description We at Littles Lawyers Pty Ltd are a leading personal injury firm seeking a detail-oriented and strategic ICT Business Analyst to join our team.
The ICT Business Analyst will work directly with our Chief Information Officer to assist in the data-driven strategic decision making of the management team.
This position will be based in Brisbane, Queensland, and is being offered on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to case workflows, client outcomes, and financial performance.
Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Troubleshoot technological risks and issues that may compromise on security or efficiency and propose resolutions.
Collaborate with teams to design and implement workflow optimizations that enhance client service delivery.
Specify functional and technical specifications to clearly communicate project requirements and feasibility.
Assist in monitoring key initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to support clients in adopting new ICT initiatives.
Leverage tools including Power Automate and Retool to integrate data from multiple platforms into a centralized SQL database.
Provide ongoing user support for staff, troubleshooting issues related to legal document management systems, and other case management tools.
Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption to legal workflows when implementing new ICT systems.
Track system performance and prepare reports to assess the impact of ICT initiatives on firm productivity and client service.
Support budgeting and resource allocation efforts.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an !CT-related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proven problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
