Trainee Asphalt Batcher - Afternoon / Night Shifts

Learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
Attractive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime.
Work predominantly afternoon / night shifts, with some weekend work, allowing for daytime flexibility.
Be a key player interacting with various departments including Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Sales.

Your Responsibilities

Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth operations.
Provide daily input into raw material requirements and manage stock levels.
Maintain a clean and organized yard.
Operate Front End Loader (FEL VOC) and Posi Track (LS VOC).
Work Saturdays and adapt to flexible hours as required.

Strong ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills to manage time and tasks effectively.
Intermediate computer skills to handle daily operations.
Commitment to completing a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
