Job Opportunity: Site ManagerAre you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the North or North West of Tasmania?
Due to continued growth in the Construction Industry in Tasmania, we are seeking dedicated Site Managers with a proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar projects.
About the OpportunityOur clients, known for their excellence in delivering iconic projects throughout the state, are seeking experienced Site Managers for projects in the North of Tasmania to continue facilitating ongoing growth and success.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of selected construction projects.
This includes:
Overseeing safety and general administrationManaging personnel and contractorsEnsuring the overall quality of the construction workAbout YouThis role is ideal for experienced Site Managers with extensive experience overseeing projects from the initial stage to handover to the client.
You will possess a proven track record of working successfully on multi-million dollar projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
To be considered for the role, you must:
Hold a Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & JoineryHave a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar positionHave demonstrated experience working on commercial construction projectsPossess the ability to analyse, evaluate, and interpret a range of documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.Have a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, inclusive of specialised packages and Microsoft OfficeCertificate IV in Building and Construction, or willingness to attain is desirableDo you value relationships, integrity, safety, and quality?
