Job Opportunity: Site Manager
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the North or North West of Tasmania? Due to continued growth in the Construction Industry in Tasmania, we are seeking dedicated Site Managers with a proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar projects.
About the Opportunity
Our clients, known for their excellence in delivering iconic projects throughout the state, are seeking experienced Site Managers for projects in the North of Tasmania to continue facilitating ongoing growth and success. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of selected construction projects. This includes:

Overseeing safety and general administration
Managing personnel and contractors
Ensuring the overall quality of the construction work

About You
This role is ideal for experienced Site Managers with extensive experience overseeing projects from the initial stage to handover to the client. You will possess a proven track record of working successfully on multi-million dollar projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
To be considered for the role, you must:

Hold a Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & Joinery
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Have demonstrated experience working on commercial construction projects
Possess the ability to analyse, evaluate, and interpret a range of documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.
Have a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, inclusive of specialised packages and Microsoft Office
Certificate IV in Building and Construction, or willingness to attain is desirable
