Job Description:You will be working for a company that has a reputation in producing high-quality work.This company operates on a national basis and has a consistent pipeline of work and are looking to grow their team.Recent experience as a Site Manager overseeing Large commercial projects locally within Australia is necessary.This role involves comprehensive management of subcontractor processes throughout the project lifecycle, preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules across multiple trades. Responsibilities encompass ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, administering the head contract in coordination with subcontractors, identifying variations for potential claims, and handling progress payment claims.
The role also involves monitoring project costs, assessing variations, maintaining documentation, and overseeing finalization tasks such as defect management, manual submissions, and the resolution of variations and claims before the final payment of subcontractors. Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work and managing the program and time control of services trades.
