Job Title: Labourer  Location: [Perth Metro] Salary: $34 - $38 per hour Job Type:  Temp to Perm  Overview: We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for multiple roles on site and also in factory.
The ideal candidates will be proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, including setting up and maintaining equipment and materials.
Perform general labouring duties on construction sites or factory, including moving materials and ensuring a safe working environment.
Operate hand tools safely, adhering to site and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Follow instructions from supervisors and report any issues promptly.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar labouring or construction role (desirable).
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Own transport is desirable due to site locations.
Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn new tasks.
