Occupational Therapist Team Lead - Adelaide, SA Talent Quarter are delighted to be supporting our leading Allied Health client in Adelaide to recruit for an Occupational Therapist Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Company You will be joining a leader in the Allied Health space in South Australia who are a registered NDIS therapy provider whose mission is to provide unparalleled therapy and support to participants within the NDIS space.

As a multi-disciplinary team, you will be joining an existing team of OT's, Physiotherapists and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.
The Role As the Occupational Therapist Team Lead, you will be responsible for servicing their client's rehabilitation and support needs in the community alongside assisting in the education, development, and performance management of your team of Occupational Therapists.
What will a typical day look like?
Attend clients' homes to perform consultationsMaintain a clinical caseloadExecute reports for key stakeholders to carry out high quality care of their client engagementCoordinate weekly one on one meetings with your direct reportsCoordinate and set the agenda for monthly team meetingsProvide feedback to employees on performance and coach for successSupport the clinical supervision of associate and senior therapistsEnsure all clinical process documentation standards are adhered toManage revenue of team under supervision and the wage to revenue ratioAssist with resource development and upskilling of associate and senior therapists in key clinical areasAssist with the teams continuing professional development initiatives and facilitation of internal eventsAbout You You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist Team Lead, or an experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 5 years clinical experience in the NDIS with extensive experience of supporting, supervising, and mentoring students/junior clinicians.
You will also have:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational TherapyExperience of working as a therapist in the NDIS spaceCommunity-based experienceCurrent Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Drivers LicenceProven experience of managing teamsIf you feel you have the relevant experience of the role of Occupational Therapist Team Lead, then please submit your most recent resume outlining your relevant experience for immediate consideration.
