FT or PT Osteopath required - Cultivate Health Centre, Dubbo NSW Our clinic is located within the Red City CrossFit Gym in Dubbo, a friendly community of health-focussed individuals who support one another in striving to be their best.

We are currently booked out 1-2 weeks in advance with a huge demand for our services, so there is the opportunity to grow your clientele very quickly. Our practice has an excellent relationship with local GP and allied health clinics and receives numerous referrals.
Both new graduates and experienced osteopaths are welcome to apply. The successful applicant will receive in-house CPD and mentoring from the practice principal.
The role requires a minimum commitment of 3 days (27 hours) per week, including Saturdays. This is a salaried (employee) position, commencing with a base wage to assist with financial security, then transitioning to commission (percentage-based) wage as patient numbers increase to meet KPIs. The base wage is paid according to the applicant's experience level but is open to negotiation.
Relocation grants are available through the NSW Rural Doctors Network to assist with the expenses of moving to regional NSW. We will also offer a sign on bonus to assist with relocation costs.
Start date: The right applicant can start at any time, however ideally we hope to hire someone by January 2025 to cover the practice principal's maternity leave.
