Duties of the role include: Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking RecoveryWe welcome new graduates to apply! Qualifications You'll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities below!
Tertiary qualification in OsteopathyFull Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain upon graduation)Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders!Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy;It's the kind of career where well-developed time management skills are a must!A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.Additional Information Every day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.
