Job DescriptionOSS Solution DesignerSkill Set : Networking & Cloud Deployment-1Responsibilities: Implementation of additional project types for PH0-5 Workflows using Flow designer.Configurable and Dynamic flows based on Project task Structure.Acceptance Flows and Phase Workflows.PTS Data updates for PH0-5 via data sources and Transform maps.ACLs implementation based on roles.Custom solution for Servicenow PPM application.Additional forms/list layouts and Change & Escalation process flows.Bulk Upload of template files and MOCN implementation.Additional milestone configuration and PTS configuration.Changes to workflow to support business processes.Reporting & backfill and REST integration updates.Facilitation of Digital For Construction (FC) Drawings in NDSS.Data import through transform maps, API, RPA processes.Implementation of Procure to Pay function for Transmission.Email notifications.Defining, architecting, designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow based custom applications.Review and endorsement of solutions by Client Architecture Team before development.ServiceNow Solution Design & Development – scope determination, effort estimates, requirements gathering, design & development, testing (ATF), writing implementation plans, and execution.Collaboration with IT and business teams to gather, develop and validate business requirements.Transforming functional requirements into detailed technical designs.Driving process definition, re-engineering, integration requirements, improvement and gap analysis during workshops.Developing required documentation such as workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, and process flow diagrams.Documenting Requirements as Stories, working on Product backlog and sprint backlogs.Identifying areas of process improvement and recommending detailed solutions.Promoting continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs and dashboards.Managing and communicating business requirements to the implementation team.Providing training and mentoring to other team members.Participating in knowledge transfer activities.Supplying resources that meet the requirements of technical knowledge and experience.Interview candidates to assess their knowledge and may request a replacement if necessary.Designing ServiceNow's PPM, CMDB, ITAM, Integration hub/Flow Designer, UI including workspaces and Portals.Development of Scoped productivity & transformation Apps using Studio.Writing detailed design documents for large scale ServiceNow implementations.Delivering ServiceNow automation integrations and setups through ServiceNow Orchestration.Experience on domain separated-based setup including processes, security ACLs and segregations.Writing Technical notes for business user stories.Understanding the current and future implications on Project architecture.Understanding Business processes and mapping them to ServiceNow functionalities.Committing timelines to business and management based on design.Managing developers and their work.Showcasing prototypes to Business.Knowledge of new features of ServiceNow releases and replacing old custom development with OOB features.Understanding Integration technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server.Defining and deploying best practice PPM processes from a people, process and technology perspective.Knowledge of requirements gathering, creating process documentation and converting them into Stories for development.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership.Resources should be Certified ServiceNow System Admin at minimum (CMA/CTA preferred).Familiarity with multi-system integration and common issues.Knowledge of Agile with scrum development methodologies.Minimum five years of ServiceNow experience.Preferable to have Telco related knowledge – deploying ServiceNow applications.
