Job DescriptionAbout the opportunity.. As a Product Designer at ELMO, you will contribute to the design and development of user-focused features and experiences that enhance our products across various platforms and devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and senior designers, to support the delivery of consistent, efficient, and high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.
What your day to day will look like.. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to understand the user needs, product requirements and business objectives that will inform the creation of new features and enhancements to the suite of ELMO Products.Component library:Contribute to the evolution of the design system by providing feedback, ensuring consistency, and suggesting improvements based on user research and best practices.Maintaining design standards:Use design standards, guidelines, and governance processes to ensure the integrity and maintainability of the design system over time.User research:Conduct internal and external user research and usability testing for new features, gathering insights to inform decision-making and ensure optimal user experiences.Data-Driven Design:Use data analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring your solutions address user needs and behaviours. Collaborate with the team to evaluate the impact of design changes through metrics and user testing, refining designs based on insights to enhance the overall user experience.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat we would like to see you bring to the team.. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on end-to-end design process, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.Portfolio:Portfolio showcasing your experience in the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery.Tools:Extensive experience in FigmaELMO Software Limited is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to join our team.
