We value employee ideas and encourage creativity in getting things done.Job Purpose Serve as an important member of the purchasing / management teamCut down cost from procurement perspectiveUpdate pricing system / strategy on national and global scaleLead/manage warehouse logistics and stockUtilize and upgrade existing purchasing channelsPerform general admin dutiesJob Responsibilities Costing/purchasing of ships' parts, services, and other needs;Ensuring goods are delivered on time and within delivery schedules;Liaison with customers and suppliers by email, face-to-face, and over the phone;Negotiation;Identification of new suppliers and development of relationships with them;Inventory control and stock take;Managing and processing claims to/from suppliers including returning goods;Authorize suppliers' invoices after goods receipt and invoicing matching;Monitoring and updating data in the company's purchasing system;Daily and weekly reporting & general administration support.Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment;Excellent written and spoken skills in English;Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.
