This is a permanent full-time position at 38 hours per week all year round, comprised of approx 3.5 days in service and 1.5 days visiting/ supporting other services. In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1500 commencement bonus at the completion of first month plus another $1500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + $4,000 travel allowance + other benefits + super. About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Manage a small portfolio of 5 schools Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! You need to have: Strong and clear communication with previous people leadership experience Experience working with school-aged children Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children Understanding of children's needs and how to manage challenging behavior Hold, or currently be studying an ACECQA approved qualification at a Diploma level or higher What's in it for you?
