Our client, a well-respected organisation in the Outside of School Hours Care sector, is seeking an exceptional Regional Director to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Mobile Coordinators across a diverse portfolio of services.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the State General Manager , you will be pivotal in driving the strategic and operational plans for your portfolio.
Your focus will be on service excellence, compliance, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure contract retention and growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing key client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
Leading and supporting a team of Regional Coordinators, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators.
Overseeing a portfolio of 16 - 18 Services with regular attendances.
Engaging with state and national government bodies and regulators.
Collaborating with the executive team, finance, and business development managers.

About You
While training and support will be provided, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience:
Proven operational and P&L leadership with multi-site operational management experience.
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
Demonstrated business and financial acumen, and strategic decision-making skills.
A track record of building sustainable internal and external relationships.
Relevant qualifications (degree preferred) or at least two years of comparable experience in a similar role within the OSHC or Education industry.
