As the OSHC Director, you'll bring your expertise to oversee an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC / OOSH) service.

About the Role: As the Director , you'll take the reins of this connected community service, delivering quality, child focused programs that align with the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework and the National Quality Framework (NQF) .
Guide your team to create dynamic, inclusive environments where children's agency, wellbeing, and creativity are prioritised.
Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and programming with the trust and flexibility to make impactful decisions.
Work block shifts in an OSHC setting: Enjoy flexibility while staying connected with children, families, and your team.
Support the development and oversee innovative programs that reflect the values of community, creativity, and exploration, fostering holistic child development.

Relevant qualification to the position Child Safeguarding: Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards ).
In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to: A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
