Service Hours: 7am - 9am, 2:15pm - 6pm, Monday – Friday, plus 2 administrative hours weekly.

Success in this role entails: Providing outstanding experiences for children, families, and staff. Implementing the planning cycle to deliver premier program experiences. Manage compliance and medical documentation. Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community. Support and mentor your team of educators to support the service and community. Be open, caring, and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever. Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory. Either already qualified or in the process of obtaining an ACECQA recognised qualification which includes studies in Teaching, Education Support, Children's Services just to name a few.
