Our Outside School Hours Care service,  Karrinyup OSHClub , is looking for a passionate  Coordinator  to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a  permanent part-time  opportunity offering 28 hours per week (including 4 hours of non-contact administration time) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:15pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
You can pick up block shifts during the school holidays too!
About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!)
and a state check for working with children Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA Australian work rights We're committed to ensuring our employees are included in the Early Childhood Worker Retention Grant and have applied to participate.
