About the Role: We are seeking a enthusiastic a experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead a wonderful and BRAND NEW OSHC service in Brookfield!
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a OSHC Service at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support from the QLD Head Office plus Regional Managers who regularly visit and provide mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities: Program Development: Design and implement a diverse range of engaging activities and programs that meet the needs and interests of children.Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of educators, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.Compliance: Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with children, parents, staff, and the wider community.Administration: Oversee administrative tasks including enrolments, attendance records, and staff scheduling. About You: Qualification: ACECQA Approved Diploma level Outside School Hours Care Qualification in the state of Victoria.Experience: Ideally in a school, OSHC or Early Learning educational setting with leadership responsibilities.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Passion: A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and needs within the program.
