Description and RequirementsPut your planning and communication skills to good use as you make a positive impact on families in your community!A new service based in Bunyip is looking for a passionate and organised Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 35 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance!Hours are as follows:Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:30 – 06:30 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus 5 additional admin hours.In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1500 commencement bonus at the completion of the first month plus another $1500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.About usPartnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. With access to two indoor spaces, a playground, and basketball courts, there is plenty of room to plan creative and engaging activities. There is an existing team and a reliable group of casual staff working across the service and neighboring schools.
