Our Outside School Hours Care service, Bargara State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 35 hours per week (including 5 hours of non-contact administration time) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:50am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
You can pick up block shifts during the school holidays too!About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationAbout usPartnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments.
