The service has their own designated room within the school and beautiful outdoor spaces to utilise.
We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm with admin time on top.
You'll have the opportunity to build positive and long-lasting relationships with the children, families, and school.About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationWho are we looking for?We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:Enjoy working with kidsStrong and clear communicationTeam player with a desire to become a service leaderHold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!)
