Oshc Co-Ordinator

Spraoi Child Care is a locally owned and operated small Education and Care Service in Burnie providing quality Education and Care services to the local community.
We are currently seeking a PASSIONATE, DEDICATED & MOTIVATED person to CO-ORDINATE our Outside School Hours Care programs.
Ideally, the successful applicant would work permanent, part time 25 hours per week working a variety of shifts, at times split between the hours of 6:30am and 6pm.
This can be negotiable to enable flexibility for the right person.
The opportunity for upskill can be discussed and rate of pay is based on performance with consideration made to the Children's Service Award.
Key Responsibilities:Experience working in the Education and Care sector.Minimum of Certificate 3 in Education and Care or equivalent.Experience or shown ability in leading a team.Calmly and confidently be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service (Responsible Person) when required.Current First Aide qualification OR willing to obtain.Working with vulnerable children card (WWVP) 'Employee' Status.Knowledge of the National Quality Framework – Education and Care National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards and My Time Our Place Framework.Driver's license - be able to drive company vehicles for the purpose of delivering and collecting children from school.Show FANTASTIC initiative.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Be confident, enthusiastic, innovative and up for a challenge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
