Oshc Assistant Director And Educational Leader

OSHC Assistant Director and Educational Leader We are looking for a vibrant, caring, creative and organised person who is passionate about working with kindy and primary school aged children. This position focuses on the Educational Leader role and along with being an Assistant Director, you will also be required to fulfil day to day management responsibilities set out by the Director, including and not limited to the management of staff and CCMS duties.
The successful applicant will be paid above the award rate at $40.17 p/hr, along with the 10% childcare retention wage increase starting in December and the additional Educational Leader allowance.
Minimum Requirements: Have a current WWCC clearance. Have up to date RRHAN (Responding to Abuse and Neglect) training. First Aid Training (Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting – HLTAID012) Diploma or higher qualified - please go to ACECQA Qualifications for more information. Be available to work 3x 7:00-9:00 AM and 5x 3:00-6:00 PM on weekdays to fit in with OSHC times. Floor time of 21 hours per week + administration time of 16.5 hours per week.
