Description and Requirements Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!This permanent part-time qualified Assistant Coordinator role allows you to have the middle of your days, nights, AND weekends free! Working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:00pm - 5:30pm, you'll also be paid an additional admin hour each week to set up you for success. During the school holidays you've able to pick up additional hours if you'd like, on top of your permanent 28.5 hours.About the roleCo-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationAbout usPartnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments.
