As an OSHC Assistant Coordinator
you'll join a supportive environment and have the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of Educators while guiding the service development to meet local needs with the support from your Business Operations Consultant and other experts in their fields from MMCNQ. What you'll need to succeed: Working towards or completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent (Education Support, studying Bachelor of Teaching etc) Previous experience in a similar position Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework Ability to learn new systems and child care management software
