We are on the hunt for a passionate and energetic Assistant Coordinator for our Bicton OSHClub service. As the Assistant Coordinator, you will be assisting with the management of the service and will provide engagement programs for our primary-age children. This permanent part-time role will offer a total of 28 hours per week across our before school and after school care shifts:
Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program): 7:00-9:00am, Monday to FridayAfter School Care (Stay and Play Program): 2:00-6:00pm on Wednesday, 2:30-6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.About the role Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationWho are we looking for?
