We are currently representing a national OSHC provider to recruit for an Area Manager to lead 13 of their OSHC services across Northern Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs.
We are interested in speaking to candidates with relevant experience as an Area Manager or experienced Service Leader in Early Years or OSHC.
About the role: Full time permanent position- 38 Hours Per Week Lead a team of Service Leaders in OSHC as their direct report You will be an escalation point for service-related matters This is a Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader position You will oversee the delivery of the service program across the services Conduct fortnightly visits to your services Establish positive relationships with the families and community. You will work remotely and autonomously from home and from the services you lead Report directly to the Operations Manager of OSHC You will lead the quality and compliance You will be the Nominated Supervisor for all sites Company benefits: Paid training and development opportunities You will work for a national organisation where career development is celebrated Paid well- being days once a quarter- a day off a quarter. Birthday Leave Fun company events About you Leadership experience working Outside School Hours or in the Early Years Sector (service level and area management will be considered) Problem solving and strong management experience Understanding of the My Time Our Place Learning Framework Understanding of the NQF AND NQS Confidence in managing large service operations Experience leading a high-quality program Willing to mentor and establish development strategies for educators when required Desirable – Qualification in Children or Community Services
