About the Role:
As the Front Office Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. This role is perfect for a motivated team leader who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel front office and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Immediate start available.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front office team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that all front desk procedures and policies are adhered to, maintaining high standards of service. Train, mentor, and develop front office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor and manage room availability, ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. About You:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry, hotel front office experience highly regarded Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Your application will include the following questions:
