Established in 1993, Batemans Bay Orthodontics is a well-recognised and respected Orthodontic specialist practice comprising of 2 clinical treatment rooms with modern equipment which currently supports 1 Orthodontist. Consistently busy appointment schedules thanks to a well-established general dentist referral base A committed and motivated support team enabling efficiency in delivery of clinical care to patients Clinical autonomy to deliver your specialist services Dedicated marketing team to support strengthening your referral base, drive additional patient demand and grow your practice Market leading online booking system through an integrated modern website to support referral and strengthen the patient experience Ongoing support from our Clinical Advisory team Access to practice data and metrics on a simplified dashboard to support you in growing your practice Privacy focused, encrypted digital referral program to support communication with referring clinicians Well established Infection Control procedures supported by a dedicated health and safety team Opportunities to share your expertise internally across a network spanning Australia and New Zealand Visa sponsorship may be available for clinicians from United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, New Zealand and Canada What we want from you Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthodontist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to work in a supportive environment that promotes continuous learning and career advancement. You will be providing high-quality orthodontic care to our patients, contributing to their overall oral health and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities. Develop customized treatment plans to address patient needs. Use diagnostic tools such as X-rays and 3 D models to plan and monitor treatment. Apply braces, aligners, and other appliances to correct dental alignment. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on proper orthodontic care. Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care. Stay updated with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies. Qualifications Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team A collaborative mindset to ensure joint future success Hold unrestricted AHPRA specialist registration in orthodontics and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain) Ability to work within Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
