If you are a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS.
You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests. More importantly, you will also work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
Skill building and capacity building Functional assessments Sensory assessments Assistive technology assessments Home and living assessments Home modification assessments You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.

You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy-specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline-Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services). These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs, with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialization. Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered, with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.

You will work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to create a plan to achieve these goals.
